What services does Happy Help offer?


We offer cleaning, elderly care, driver and nanny services. Choose from temporary on-demand and full-time helpers to suit your best needs.

How do I book a nanny, nursing, or cleaning service?


You can either call us or complete our website contact form with your details, and our Happy Helper customer care team will get back to you soon.

Do I get to choose which cleaner, nanny, or nursing is assigned to me?


Absolutely! Once we’ve found out about you and your needs, we’ll send you a shortlist of Happy Helpers specially matched to you. You’ll then have a chance to interview your favorites before making your final decision. We want you to have a Happy Helper who is the perfect fit for your home, family, and lifestyle.

What payment options are available?


We accept bank transfers and credit card (subject to a small surcharge). For flexible packages, payment can be made at the time of booking. Monthly packages are paid at the beginning of each month. We don’t offer refunds.

How does the Annual Service Fee work?


We charge an Annual Service Fee to match you to the right person. Included in the fee is 6 replacements within one year and our Sick Leave Coverage. -The 1 year coverage applies to us, we must provide you with replacements though you can stop and re-engage with us at any time.

How do you screen your Happy Helpers?


We do detailed reference checks on all of our Happy Help staff, as well as an annual criminal record check. Our Happy Helpers are fully screened, interviewed face-to-face, and go through a Happy Help training course to ensure that they meet the Happy Help guarantee of:

What happens if a Happy Helper gets sick?


We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If your happy helper falls ill or needs to take sudden leave, we have measures in place to minimize disruption to your service. Our happy helpers are valued employees who receive paid sick leave, reflecting our commitment to ethical labor practices.

To support you, we offer 5 Free Temporary Replacement Service Days per standard annual contract and Unlimited Free Temporary Replacement Service Days for all VIP Packages. Our goal is to balance your needs with fair treatment of our staff, maintaining the high-quality service you expect from Happy Help.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Cleaning services

Which areas of the home do you clean?


We clean all domestic spaces, including living rooms, kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, and studies. For deep cleaning services, we can also scrub down fridges, cupboards, closets, pantries, curtains, and rugs. We also offer basic garden, patio, and balcony care, for instance, watering plants and sweeping up leaves. Just let us know what you need.

How often should I book a cleaner?


It all depends on your needs. We offer monthly, fortnightly, weekly, twice weekly, or daily cleaning services—and we can also be flexible, tailoring our service to you. If you have a bigger family or younger children, then you might benefit from more frequent cleans to keep your home sparkling. Or if you have a busy schedule, then a daily cleaner can take all of the pressure of housework off your shoulders for good.

Nanny services

What’s the difference between Happy Nannies and Super Nannies?


All of our nannies are fully trained, carefully vetted—and amazing with children. Our Super Nannies have additional training, experience, and specialisms, for instance, in newborn care, diploma in Nursing or fluency in a foreign language. Some Super Nannies also offer educational support for children, such as homework help or teaching musical instruments.

How do you match a nanny with a family?


Once we get to know about your family and your needs, we’ll choose a shortlist of nannies whose personality, training, and specialisms are a good fit for you. You can then choose your favorites to interview.

What ages of children do your nannies care for?


Our nannies care for children of all ages, from newborns to toddlers, to youngsters, to adolescents. We always match nannies to families who have relevant experience with the right age group.

Happy Caregiver Services

What kind of caregiver services do you offer?


Our Happy Caregivers for seniors and hospital patients offer all kinds of care, including bathing, meal preparation, and giving medication. They also offer physiotherapy, massage and social activities including days at the beauty salon, appointments at the doctor’s, grocery shopping and playing board games.

What training do your Happy Caregivers have?


All of our Super Caregivers are either registered nurses or 420 hours of specialist training for carers with certification from the Ministry of Health. We consider them to be the best in Thailand!
