Those who do move on to the next round, where they'll be interviewed one-on-one by a member of our HR team. We dig deeper into their background, timelines, and experiences through pointed questions to ensure consistency and catch any red flags. We'll also put their skills to the test through simulations tailored to their area of work, like asking a happy nanny candidate to walk through bathing a newborn.  

If an applicant demonstrates strong skills and experience, the third screening involves assessing personality fit and other intangible qualities we value at Happy Help. We're looking for individuals who are warm, trustworthy, and have a true ethic of service. Language capabilities are validated at this point as well. Roughly 70% move past this hurdle.

For candidates still in the running, the fourth round brings them face-to-face with a member of our sales team who works directly with the clients we serve. This person has unique insight into your preferences, needs, and must-haves for a Happy Nanny, Super Nanny, Happy Driver, Happy Maid, or other Happy Caregiver. They'll check for those crucial alchemy elements that turn a perfectly qualified helper into your perfectly qualified helper. About 60% make it over this bar.
