For candidates still in the running, the fourth round brings them face-to-face with a member of our sales team who works directly with the clients we serve. This person has unique insight into your preferences, needs, and must-haves for a Happy Nanny, Super Nanny, Happy Driver, Happy Maid, or other Happy Caregiver. They'll check for those crucial alchemy elements that turn a perfectly qualified helper into your perfectly qualified helper. About 60% make it over this bar.
